Welcome to HMS Resolution Association

On behalf of the Members and Committee of HMS Resolution Association, we would like to welcome you on board.

You will be pleased to know that many of your old crewmates may already be onboard and they will be very happy to exchange personal messages or hold a virtual conversation in the chat room with you.

We also hope you will meet and swap dits with other crew members and bring your experiences and memories to share with all of us.

We do not have many rules, but we buy in to a set of core values which are listed below.

Core Values of HMS Resolution Association

  • To bring together all the crews of HMSm Resolution to form an Association for the mutual benefit of its members.
  • To promote the Royal Navy Submarine Service and it’s Crews Past and Present.
  • To promote the best traditions of the Submarine Service in general and HMS Resolution in particular.
  • To form an Association in friendship and harmony where all member will be afforded mutual respect and dignity.
  • To honour any former shipmates who have died.
  • To honour members and shipmates who attain achievements inside and outside the Submarine Service.
  • To provide charitable aid when called upon.
  • To build an Archive of Stories, Pictures and Experiences of Crew Members so their families in future generations will be able to access and enjoy.
